Amish-Made Pyramid Marble Tower Run Wooden Toy - 39" High - Pack of Marbles Included

This was a gift to my son for his birthday. Upon opening, there were no marbles included, but that was no big deal. However, the poor construction (i.e. staples jutting out in multiple places & one piece of wood that was glued together was detached) was not something I was expecting from the manufacturer. I ordered the white & natural option which costs upward of $400. I contacted the company via e-mail (to two separate addresses) including photos & a video of the damage immediately upon receipt. There has been no response to my request for exchange. It’s unsafe for my son & I’d have to hire a carpenter to repair it, so until then it’s sitting in our utility closet. We are unable to use it for its intended purpose. I didn’t want to write this review to damage their reputation, esp. until the company had an opportunity to correct this issue, but it’s been longer than 2 weeks without a response. This service is unacceptable. If you still decide to invest in this “heirloom” toy after reading this, hopefully yours will be in working condition. (And yes, I read all positive reviews prior to ordering and assumed mine would be a similar experience).

We bought this for my 2 year old son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. His number one request was a marble run and I was in the market for one that could not be taken apart or knocked over. We previously had a plastic one and it was a nightmare. This one came quickly and in beautiful condition! It looked amazing under our tree on Christmas morning! I would purchase it again. It will be in our family forever!

Due to my location (UAE) Katie has gone above and beyond to ensure our delivery arrived (less than 4 days) the product is a work of art and is just beautifully crafted. It now wrapped and waiting for Santa’s elves to deliver and we can’t wait to share his reaction when he sees it :)

We chose the white/natural marble run. It was packaged well and the marbles rolled smoothly through the track. This Amish made marble run was another huge hit among our family’s generations, ages 4-93. The craftsmanship in the design was amazing to view as the marbles moved through the course. The dinging of the bell was a fun added feature!

We saw a similar run in a store and have been searching for it . It will be a piece our children and grands will love . They have played with it everyday and it’s so fun for us too ! It’s perfect shipped quickly and came just like the pictures. We can’t wait to enjoy this for years to come !kids are 6, almost 3 the baby isn’t crawling yet so we won’t have it in places she will be during that season .
