The manger with the Baby Jesus, Mary, & Joseph are stationary. There are 3 Wisemen, 2 Shepherds, and 8 animals who are approximately 3" high and separate from the Stable piece. The Stable measures 9.5"L x 2"W x 8"H. It all comes finished with a non-toxic, child-safe finish for your peace of mind.
